Section 5.8 (f) of the OLP
Constitution gives the Executive Council of the Ontario Liberal Party the power to determine the rules of procedure for use
in any affair or process of the Party. These rules are set in three documents titled "Rules of Procedure for Meetings of
Associations affiliated with the Ontario Liberal Party", "Rules of Procedure for the Nomination of Candidate by Constituency
Associations" and "Rules of Procedure for Arbitrations and Appeals". These documents can be obtained by contacting the Ontario Liberal Party at 416-961-3800.
