This site uses cookies to improve your browsing experience. Cookies are integral to allowing you to log in and they allow us to assist you in filling in forms.

We use Google analytics to help us improve the site, but we do not share your personal identity with Google.

For certain facebook campaigns we use a facebook tracking pixel to track the efficacy of our advertising. This provides information only in aggregate and does not supply us with your personal information.

For transactions involving credit cards, we use up-to-date security protocols to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of information and systems.

Financial information does not store credit card numbers for online donations and membership purchases. When making a donation your information is passed to the payment processor using asymmetric cryptography, where your transaction is either approved or denied by your credit card issuer without touching our database. We will not store your credit card number.

If you choose to donate monthly, your information is passed to the payment processor using asymmetric cryptography to our payment processor (bank), who in turn will store your information until you no longer wish to process payments. Again, we will never store your credit card information in our transaction database.

Facebook Authentication

This websites allows you to confirm the authenticity of your email address through facebook. Our facebook 'app' asks for your email address and name in order to speed up the account creation process. Connecting with facebook does not allow us to access your facebook account or post to your account. You can uninstall the app at any time if you wish. Instructions for removing the app are below.

You're free to create an account with without authenticating through facebook. Just remember to watch your inbox for a confirmation link. You'll have to click on the link to confirm ownership of the email address you've submitted. Using facebook allows you to bypass this step. By confirming control of the email address you've submitted (authenticating), either via facebook authentication or by responding to the confirmation email we send, you help us ensure that you are, who you claim to be. If your email is ever compromised, remember to call the office and let us know so we can shut down the associated account.

Uninstalling the MyLiberal App

Log into your facebook profile and go to This will give you a list of all the apps you've installed on your facebook profile. Simply mousover the MyLiberal App and an x will appear in the top right corner of the cell. Click to delete.
